Not done much yet buddy.
Got the doors bolted on, emptied all the shite out of it and finished striping the pan so that'll get blasted next week and i should finish repairing it the week after then it'll be painted in about a month..
Then on to making a beam i think.. Or do the channels ect..

Popped out the unit and done a bit more..

Removed the wings, bonnet and deck lid, and finished uncovering her there she is no more crap covering her up.



Scraped some of the thick under seal off the frame head and found the floor pan date stamp still there 30th March..









Also talking to a dirty man about building a beam for me as well..

Almost forgot about the steering wheel I'll be fitting my NOS Formula wheel with a custom Boss made by Dirty Dave, thanks again dude you a true gent..

4" narrowed adjustable beam sorted with custom towers shold be ready in a couple months...

The pan will be going for blasting tomorrow if i finish work in time. If not then it'll be dropped off on Wednesday. And back in time for the weekend ready to have some metal let in to it..

Dude, can you get cheap narrowed K & L beam for me?
Ive narrowed mine by 2 inches but need to loose another couple really!

The pan is now at GT having some sand chucked at it..

The pan will be collected from the blasters this afternoon so we'll see what state shes in, still hope is just the rear corners that need repair cos don't really want to put crap replacement pans on her..

Tis back and reveled no nasties, so just the rear corners need doing which i knew about already, nice and soild..

Right then heres the pics of the freshly blasted pan..

Like i said just the rear corners to do, just where the jacking points weld to the floor and hold damp. A little bit of the edge on the N/S rear and just under half the O/S needs doing.. So not very much work to do at all might get it done next week if i find the time..
