Windows out ( Notice the pre drilled holes for pop outs )...

Deck lid and hinges off and removed all of the tar board from the engine bay...

Removed the head lining from the B and C pillars...

Last but not least pull out the main wiring loom from front to back. Note I pulled in two draw wires for the main loom and the interior light.

Guys, Thanks for your offer but I had quite a big business deal go down today and I have got to sort it by Monday so I'm gunna have to put Ron on the back burner for a few days as I have a lot of stock to move over the weekend.

The body has been taken to my friends body shop where I will be working on it and the floor pan has been completely stripped of all its mechanical bits and bobs.

Started working on the worst part of the body today...

Cut out all of the nasty bits and removed the heater channel bottom plate from the o/s to check inside for corrosion...

I needed to remove the last 2" of the channel so fabbed up a new heater channel end...

And then welded it back in...
