Gutted I went through a little last night but I will soon blow that back in.

Should I flat the car then blow these bits in and flat the areas again before G3 and buffer??

Unfortunately yes!!! lol I think a little more thinners next time, but then I would have loads more runs to sort out!! lol

I am going to pop out the unit for a few hours later this afternoon to do a few bits if anyone fancies a popping in for a brew.

I had terrible runs!!!!!



But using a technic told to me by a mate in Oz I got them out!! (the bit I rubbed through on was my own fault!!)

Popped the tyres off the rims tonight and took off all the balance weights and valves ready for shot blasting.

Need a little work on the rims but not bad

A HUGE thanks to Nomates for getting the wheels shot blas for me, I think they look sweet.
I do have a little kerb rash which I will see if I can sort but its not too bad.

My mate was bored as I had run out of glue for the rib he is helping me with, so I gave him the roof rack to strip and restore.



A few bolts to drill out that are seized solid!!

I had just finished last night and was putting everything away and thinking how incredibly clean I had kept myself, said cheerio to shorty who went home.

Cleaning out my spray gun, I dropped in the nozzle and bosh!!! got a load of thinners straight in the eye!!
Jesus that bloody hurt.
I had 3 1.5ltr bottle of water for kettle duties and ended up just pouring them into my very sore eye. Lots of water later, I was able to drive home where I continued to wash it out. thankfully it was fine today.

So I thought I would try again tonight.

Popped into panel shop to pick up bits, then rubbed down the wheels a little, blew them off and panel wiped them.
I now had my first attempt at putting on metallic paint!!! I turned the air pressure right down and...........................................

Cool as, you putting eye liner on them (detailing them) ? will look cool either way bud well done
