New territory for me, I don't usually venture in that part of the forum and not familiar with car either as I've only been been driving since Jan '09 but loving it.

It's gonna be a girlie thread as I don't know anything yet about engine but I'm pretty good with my hands around the house so will try to use some of my skills on Carlie.

Carlie, 1971 Californian Ealy bay
From comments made by various people, sounds like she was manufactured late 60' or very early 70' and used to be a Transit.

August 2009

1- Indicators not working
They passed the MOT and were working fine but on our way to Weston for the Club meet they stopped working. After great advice from here, Mr HD fiddled with the relay and it seems to be working again, Hooray Smile

2- Rock 'n' Roll bed

They screw the 2 lowest piece of the wood together, so can't get the bed flat Rolling Eyes We unscrewed the bottom bit and will screwed the bottom part to the floor before friday. It was also an inch ish too high so had to be cut to fit.

In the main time, I sanded and cleaned the floor ....

3- Cupboard doors
They keep opening whilst driving, so I bought some magnet and with MR HD help we put them up ...
