Been out the unit today, got there about 2.00 pm until 5.20pm.
Thanks to gungy for giving me a hand getting the shell off the floor pan.

I wish the unit was bigger have'nt got room to swing a cat.

yes, its had quite bit of plating on it and lower plate also gone really bad.

just looks fooked.

Right have not updated for a couple of weeks, been doing some of those jobs which dont seem worth mentioning. Grinding welds etc.

I started to get the floor pan fully stripped, and had previously fitted some igp floor pans which are total rubbish.
I was decided i would remove them and replace them with heavy duty pans.
Did look at the csp ones, but at £260-00 per side a bit too expensive.
so bought some heritage heavy duty ones.

also cut the frame head off as completly rusty, once aligned i sleeved the tunnel and plug welded the sleeve inside tunnel.
then once aligned i seem welded the frame head on.

checked beam alignment with rear and only 2mm differance between sides, which is good as i have seen upto 10mm diff on some new cars.

also the levals on spirit leval are equal. so nice and straight.
