| Finaly found a bug, shes a 1973 1600 beetle, last owner was a complete beetle nut and owned dizzy for 12 years, even the house was done after dizzy the bug, great lady. Was brilliant driving her 40 miles home, freezing hands, things clonking banging all over the place but its all part of the fun for me, she done the drive home faultless and even pissed brens polo up all the hills lol Plans at the mo is give her a bloody hot bath, then get her ready hopefully for cruise to the prom. I will put more pics on after her bath but these are all i have I am a very happy dubber again and its all come back, this smile is here for a while lol | |

| Really happy for you Carl.
I don't think any of the stuff I have will be any good for you mate, I have 2 bonnets but both are not great.
If the fronts are no good, then I will definitely have one as I only need the glass for the one I smashed!

The headlights are odd, the drivers side is a golf unit and the passenger is a beetle unit, i could lend you the passenger but the drivers is useless lol

on route I am very happy with my £600 bug and seriously cant believe how solid she is, genuine pans, heater channels all 100% slid, The only welding needed so far is drivers door hinge, passenger door hinge and a hole on the passenger pillar, i need to do a fair bit of rust treatment on the outside though lol Drivers wing is fooked so thats gone, i took the running boards of to check the sills and they are awsome lol very very happy dubber. Also has a very strong 1600 motor, think i found a bargin
