Nice zorst matey. Are they coated inside and out as in dipped or is the coating just sprayed on the outside?

i think they dipped them first in a coating, to protect them inside, then prepped outside and then stove enamalled.

did'nt really think about doing it this was originally as i did want the ceramic coated, but it just cost to much.

I spoke to some one i know who's in the bike trade and he said just get them stove enamelled.

floor pan now welded , just send to get lightly blasted now.



converted the round hole to the original square hole.

purchased a couple of parts lately.

first 2" drop



and some nos bumper over riders.

Had a couple of days off work, so have been preping and painting the pan.






now all pre paint prep.







now painted in por 15









got the axle tubes removed from the gear box and started to clean the box up, bought one of these to remove the rear hubs, makes life easy.

top work shorty, I will pop over tomorrow to cast my eye over it.

......you cock, you'll never gat a wheel on that hub with that thing on there !!!

genuine kamei hand guard for bonnet. ( it is chrome) with correct foam backing.

and 67 kamei NOS parcel shelf.





started to re-build the floor pan, will update pics when next out unit.

Im waiting till all he has left to do is the chrome trim, then Im changing the locks on the unit and shipping it to New Zealand with me!!
