But did pop out there last weekend for a couple hours and got the rear chassis and beam mounts cleaned up and painted in stone chip.. And got some paint on the underside of the rear beam..

End of Jan hopefully it'll be done...

They're shite all non genuine parts are the bloody same.

If you need a hand 1 weekend with paint prep ect i will come down, have a laugh doing it

Grabbed a couple hours this morning before the little'uns got up so flew out the unit.

Painted the rear axle, put the fuel tank back in then refitted the rear beam..
Then decided that i'd try and roll her back over on her wheels with a little help from my engine hoist..

Rear beam and fuel tank fitted..





Then had to try and refit the rollover frame pain in the arse that was..
But couldn't do it without it..

Her she is half flipped over.



And back down on wheels..

Shes looking a bit sorry for herself there dude. I'm sure she polish up well in the end though.

Picked up a set of alloys this morning. 15x7 ET38..

A tad bit scabby so i chucked them in the shotblaster and got the worse off them..
Just need a quick rub down then some paint.

I was down Vinces earlier and was gonna stick my heed round the door for a shufty Rich but you'd gone when I came out.

Cheers Steve, they're probably gonna need a 3mm spacer on the rear cos they're a tad bit close to the shock gonna wait till i've painted them and got the rubber on to see how they sit...

Oh and i picked up a blue top tint screen and some hood seals off Sam yesterday cheers dude...

Wheel bolts and 60mm springs just been ordered will be here next week...

Just need to find 1 centre for the wheels now..

Whipped out there this morning blasted the wheels again preped them (not very well mind) and then gave them some grey primer..

Sh1t the bed this morning so got out the unit and flatted the wheels down and chucked a litre of silver on them..








Can't wait to get the tyres fitted then the new springs..

I hate spraying wheels. Bloody fiddly job.

Wheel bolts and springs turned up yesterday..
So should have the wheels and springs fitted the weekend..

Whizzed out the workshop and fitted the new 60mm Jamex springs then popped round to Gaz and picked up my wheels with fresh rubber on today (cheers dude your a star)

Back to the workshop and chucked the wheels on. To find out i've bent on of the rear struts somehow so i removed it popped the spring back off and tried bending it straight, got it as straight as poss to get the car sitting right.. Gonna get a new one sorted asap....
