I heard back from the bloke thats building my gearbox..

I said i have never seen a gear break up as bad as the 3rd gear in yours what have you been doing with it

Well i had a bit of a issue with the brakes on the way to the unit this morning

So stripped, cleaned, adjusted and rebled them and all seems fine...
And while i had her up in the air i thought it would be rude to leave at the height she was so i clearenced the linkpins and adjusted the seat bases/wheel tubs.. changed the shocks.. cheers frizz And gave a her a 1" lowering tickle..

She can't go any lower cos the steering arms are only about 10mm from hitting the chassis..
So tubbing the arches isn't gonna get me any lower..
But modding the chassis will let me go lower

cant you flip the tie rods using bump steer bushes?

Yes mate... So chassis mods are the way forward..
Unless i make some custom steering arms

Oh and she wont be finished for CTTP.... My compressor kinda gave up today... With a big bang..

Rich, did you per chance chase a modern car in or near Bridgwater on the way home from the unit today?

Cos while we were round Baz & Ali's house checking up on the jacket progress .... their son came home, saw my bus outside the house and asked me if I'd followed him at ..... 90 mph earlier????

I had to disappoint him & tell him it weren't me, but I was pretty sure I knew who it was though
He did exclaim "fu(k me I didn't know they'd go that fast"

Rick dude, Like i said earlier it couldn't of been me cos that would of ment breaking the speed limit and theres know way i'd break any speed limit..
