| Here we have my new project as its sign written Wolffy i thought that she'd have to be called Sheepish...... It's a 65 panel from cali came over 2 years ago. Lowered. Straight axled and the box has just been rebuilt not sure what it is. 1914 with twin 40's full flow with filter and cooler deep sump 009 electronic ignition. interior has 3/4 rock and roll bed with semi panelled throughout with exception of roof. Brakes rebuilt and work. Paint is rolled on and seems to be on pretty well so will take some time to get off. On the drivers side 3 windows had been cut in to it but have been welded up badly. These are the pics of when he got it before he rollered it.. I suppose you want the plans for this little lamb.... ;D I got it on the way to Vanfest. Then at Vanfest i treated her to: A new Mondo exhaust box due to the old on being a Kardon : . A new Scat shifter due to the standard on being as useful as a glass sledge hammer. All new door rubbers.. A new cab carpet New CPS linkages for the carbs as the old ones were crap and i was only getting quarter throttle. And a new set of safaris.. New flame thrower 2 coil and plug leads. The plans at the mo not very interesting: Fit the rest of the new bits. Pull the motor out, whip the heads off and inspect, fit a standard oil cooler and h/p oil pump with outlets and a 72 row cooler with fan. Tidy up the tin ware. Take the fuel tank out so i can fit the seat belts nice and secure.. Treat and paint the underside. Weld anything that needs it which i don't think is much at all. Lower profile front tyres as the ones that are on it rub the arches. Build and fit a new wiring loom. Rev counter, oil pressure, oil temp and cylinder head temp gauges. She'll have a decent sound system. I'll be doing something with the interior full width rock and roll bed and a beer fridge for sure not sure what else. Not gonna be narrowed at the mo or lowered anymore. Not much gonna happen to the body just weld the lower front panel up and tidy the front panel up and the roof corner then through some paint on the repiars... Oh yeah nearly forgot fu#king use it baby with the safaris open baby 8-) I ripped the insides apart and had a quick look round her and she needs some welding: Battery tray 2" hole Cab floor offside corner cracked and crusty Bottom of offside B pillar and a little hole in the outer sill And the bits i knew about: Hole in the front corner of the roof. Around the front screens. lower front panel. So not to bad at all so not even a weekends work if the weather is good and i pull my finger out and sort it..

| Out comes the DA and off comes all the sign writing.... 8-) I was sorting out my garage and found the old 3 bow rack down there so i put it on Just had a look at what i've got underneath- The gearbox is a AD code 1200 so that'll get binned Gt box for me again. The straight axle kit is a Boatyard busses style kit with notched spring plates. Front spindles are dropped so saved me a few pennys. The beam is adjustable with one adjuster and nearly on its highest setting And still no more rot on the underside. I'm so glad that i got this van i f##king love it's loads more fun and way more practical then the Crewy | |

| Right then i've started The motor is out And in the shed, i lifted it on my own complete minus the back box on to my bench. And pulled the f#cker apart. Pulled the tin wear off and saw how close the head bolts were to the barrels Then pulled one head off and saw that the head had been machined for bigger barrels. So i get the tape measure out and 94mm baby 1914cc 8-) 8-) And noticed that it had a Kennedy clutch But the heads look pretty much standard.. | |

No need bud i've just had a look at a standard head and the one off the van and it's been ported inlet and exhaust but the valves are standard, also the push rods are non standard as well amd the bloke i bought it off said the tappets were hydrolic and they don't look standard cos they have a circlip holding them in place

| Remember this hole in the roof.. When i got it, full of fibreglass : When i got home i pulled it out and left it ??? I thought it was about time i sorted it out. Cut out the bad. And make a fresh plate and weld it in the hole Then clean it up with a flap disk as always About an hour and it's all done. It probably took them longer to fibreglass it > | |

| Just had a vist from the bloke that'll be doing my interior and this is the story....
The front seats are gonna be re-horse haired and covered the rear seat, over the engine bay is is having new foam and being retrimmed, all the interior panels are get a thin sheet of foam and being trimmed, all new carpet, and the roof lining is being done. The seats are going grey with white piping, the panels are going grey, the roof lining is going white or caramal.. The interior panels are gonna be carpet at the bottom then white piping and then the grey vinyl...

Yeah i'm hoping it look good when all done... Russ at Chedzoy upholstery in highbridge does my trimming he's got a split panel Yeah he did the crew cab seats and he's done a pretty good deal on that. But the deal on this little lot is even better, no cash is changing hands just 2 weekends work on his panel but i'll be covered in muck and gearbox oil no doubt.. Whats AV kit

| So what kind of colour scheme are you going to go for? I have to admit I loved the Wolfy's logo on the silver, I thought that look mega retro |
