havent updated in while :/ ,
beam has been painted as well as torsion arms,
new long travel balljoints fitted (cheers Big Dave)
Caster Shims on beam,
poly bushes on beam
new brake lines from MC to callipers and braided hoses,
new steering box,
new tie rod ends as they were shot to !
pooped some CB dropped spindles which drop it 2.5 " and the coilovers on the highest setting lower it 2 " so currently sitting at 4.5 " dropped on the front , will proberly leave as this as the beam sits bout 9-10cms off the ground as theres no weight in the car yet and i wanna be able to use the car , could drop another 2" if i wind the coilovers down ;P
cleaned up the koni steering damper too !
thats it for the front , oh and plenty of copper grease Razz
think thats it !

tomorrows plans are start to fit some interior bits back in or put the engine back together Ella - The 1985 Mexican Bandit - Page 7 IMG_0542

ye sorry sorted the tight axle problem, the fooker i bought the driveshafts on VZI didnt mention he had been playing about with the end that go into the gearbox, it looked like ever so slightly he machined one side of the spade bit down after comparing to the old driveshafts, dont know why but it stop travel and made them stuck, so ended up buying some new HD ones, i want HD axles just so i know the rear end is sorted and stronger Very Happy, fitted new HD axles and all fine Very Happy,

went out today to look for some gaskets , ended up not finding them but started to fit one sides axle tube up Very Happy, just needs a bearing and axle boot, would do other side but ran out of the hexagon axle tub gaskets Very Happy
