piccies of 'bolt on' rear valance

first cut away excess metal......so when fitting or taking off...you won't scratch the paint........then made a cut out in the bumper hanger panel............then welded to the rear valance (inline with the cut out ) some threaded bar...(actually i used two bolts with the heads cut off)...
,,then held the top part of the valance in place dilled through and used a nut and bolt...( could have used a captive nut ...but this limits you as anut a bolt can be adjusted if you make the hole a little larger that is really needed)

DO NOT laugh at my filler work as it is crap....and i hate filler!!! lol!
