as you know i cut the grille below rear window out as the paint was flaking, rust inside and i could not get at it to prep up.

i had the grille shot blated to get all the rust pits out, then primed up with etch, and then prior to welding back in i filler primed and flatted it down.

I have re-shaped the o/s/heater channel inner.

Then i made some guides for the heater channel vent covers.
