| i have decided to do a little work on the hotrod ready for big bang (get some rwyb action in ). its going to get a 1641 engine and a few choice drag racing mods. the list of work is as follows weld the fuel tank in higher up lower the front some more build and fit 1641 engine repair accident damage to o/s/f fit spoiler (not sure which one from my vast collection ) fit smaller front tyres (the ones on there are actually taller than the rears ) get some dbs logos/signwrighting on there | |

| it hits the steering at the moment and i need to take more of the inner wing off to clear the trackrods so the tank has got to go in higher up | |

| took the engine out today (only took 5 mins ) and started to tidy up the engine bay (remove the flaky paint and respray) then i noticed a few other bits that need attention and now there are only 4 panels that havent had abit of filler applied to then so now a bit of a respray is in order as well the new engine is all together and ready to go in after the painting is done. | |

| went to swap the clutch from the old engine onto the new one and found it isnt a 200mm one then looked through the pile of old clutches and flywheels and i dont have another early style clutch so today i had to spend £80 on a new clutch even though i have about 15 late style clutches lying around I HATE THIS ENGINE | |
