| Well here's another one. Owned this car for about two years now. Most of that time it's been off the road. Hadn't intended to get another Beetle but the 1300 was taking so long and I needed my aircooled fix It's a very early 1302, two lady owners, full service history and still got the original unsplit engine (done 136,000 miles) Here it is just after I got it, had to replace the passenger door as the original had been skinned badly and the profile was out compared to the rear quarter. It needs some welding which I have started... | |

| Got as far as cutting down some repair panels to fill some of the holes... This is the point at which I lost enthusiasm and the wire in my welder developed surface rust! But the new years here now so I'll try and start again on it... Really would like it back on the road by summer | |
