The car is a 1971 1300. I've owned the car since 1988 affraid

As a result we've got sort of attached to it. Spent quite a lot of time 'courting' the missus in it 'back in the day'. lol!

It spent 4 years parked up in a field at one point. Drained and filled the tank with fresh fuel, new battery and it started up and drove back to my garage. Cool

I haven't got the expertise to restore the car to how I wanted it so paid someone else to do it. I'm a bit anal when it comes to detail (done a bit of welding on the 1302, but didn't want to f**k this one up).

lol! Not far off, a very damp field. The front end was dropped about 5" which didn't do the frame head any favours.
