Right then folks.....big shout to nomates and gordo (well nomates really) for helping out tonight....the car is as ready as it can be for the MOT its not finished by any means but hopefully it will have a ticket tomorrow so I can use the feckers

So we bolted up the loan steering wheel and nomates fixed the horn for me.

Gave it a quick tune up cheers nomates, it misses a bit but runs okay

Tightened up the hub nuts and got the split pins in fixed the number plates light and were in business afro

so after this weekend and my holiday i'm going to attack the car and get it completely finished the list is as follows

Sort the rear seat trimming
Fit a flat4 shifter
Source a new steering wheel
Get hold of some centre caps
Repaint valance and general touch ups
Paint up rear of bumpers

Well folks she wont be going this weekend Rolling Eyes

He ran through the fail sheet when i rang him, minor stuff really, some front suspension stuff, front number plate obscured, number plate light not working.

I planned to collect it tonight and re book the tes for tomorrow afternoon, however they called me tonight before they left to tell me i could not collect it as the gear stick wont select any gears Rolling Eyes

They are fixing that tomorrow for me, but i can collect tomorrow night as i'm at a wedding and there closed on saturday morning.......gutted
