hey bro, its been painted by hand mate, I decided to do it 'right' rather than take the easy option with decals. The MOON came about because all my vw's have a theme. And being a big yelllow bus, i thought 'urm... ta da Mooneyes parts wagen', which are vintage hot rod suppliers in Japan. I like the fact that its not immediatley obvious to people what it's all about. For piccies, check out the general chat area from CTTP. I'll get some pics of the lowering job ASAP I get the van back too, then im going to do a photo blog of the resto. afro

lol! lol! Cheers bud. I picked the keys up this morning, councils being councils they're only open when you're meant to be at work Mad , so rolled into work late, but got the key in my hand. Gona give it a go 2nite. I've measured it 20 times, and think I need to find an extra 4 cm- oooh er mrs lol! . So I may just get some fat lasses to sit in the back to get the back end down that extra 4cm. lol! The contract says 'no working on the vehicle on the forecourt or garage'--- shyeah right, we'll see about that. lol!

lol! lol! I stood up in it and the height is about 4" above my head (and I'd say Im average height) so even if slammed its not gona fit, sob sob. The rafters were in the bloody way. Dont tell the council, but im considering cutting a groove in the rafter (the shape of a bus roof) so I can slide on in there, just a crazy idea at the mo, have to see. Smile
