| here is my new aircooled toy i got some money from my nan so instead of wasting it i thought i would buy a beetle with it it started life as a 67, 1500 so disks at the front but four stud wheels it now has a 1641 with twin solexes and a stainless exhaust it needs plenty of work but i'm gonna do a rolling resto a bit at a time [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] |

| i got it from matt from kdc it needs a drivers door and drivers side seat base plus i want to put quater lights back in and put the chrome trim back on and change the wheels don't know what yet maybe gasburners or porsche 2ltrs then it should be about done |

| all the striping thats there at the moment is coming off soon i might have to go a bit nuts with the one shot and stripe it up like a gasser till i get it painted |

| been busy today i have fitted the monster tach i bought and i only set fire to one wire i hate electrics not set the shift light yet not sure what revs to set it at then i decided to ad a subtle pinstripe to the rear deck lid cos the stripes that were on there were annoying me not sure wether i need to add another colour or leave as it is before now |
