| Right, beam's bolted on, one hub is on, one alloy is on, just got to bolt the other hub back on and find the other alloy wheel bolts, then get some pics! | |

| Cheers Just built up one of my headlights with the eyelid and a shiny new reflector and got the old brittle seal off one of the pop outs and put a shiny new one on that. Pics in a mo. | |

| Ta guys! I've so far spent 6hrs just restoring this one popout! The old seal was so brittle that it just kept falling apart! So most of the time was spent on getting that seal out (and some in my eye). Then a while polishing it then fitting the new seal and hinge. Got the other one to do, but the old seal on that doesn't look half as brittle. But one of the screws holding the old hinge in isn't wanting to come out! So it's soaking in oil. Got one of the headlights built up - shiny! | |

| I wish Hit a brick wall again I can't find the wotsits which connect the wires to the headlights - so can't see if I can get them working So I decided to jack her up so I could get the wings bolted back on... except she's too low to go on the jack and Steve's done his back in so I can't get him to lift her, and I'm not strong enough to push her onto blocks on my own. So I've decided to build my other headlight up and start on the other popout - which is, thankfully, in much better nick than the other one was. So it's by the radiator softening up | |

| Got a few bits done today. Steering is back on and so is one wing and the running board is half bolted on. Found the mising wheel nuts so added more of them lol. Couldn't fit the shocks cos they were at full travel when they were on - time to invest in some mini shock methinks. Most things went wrong tho today, and there was a few crossed words... I even mentioned ebay to her she seemed to behave much better after that Only got one pic - not much to show really! Hopefully she'll look more complete tomorrow - not as half alive as she does at the mo.... then again, she looks a bit like 'night of the living dead' as it is anyway | |
