My 65 split bus

Rear corners and trays.





Corners and one tray are great and one tray needs a little localised repair

Doesn't seem to be too much to worry about there then Rich, especially not for a man of your calibre!!

Inner front panel has been replaced just needs a little tidying up in places.



The steering box is to close to the floor so it's going up by about 2" Then the bus will come down another inch

Well the steering box raise has started..

Before all in place and to close to the ground..



And steering box, brake master cylinder and pedal removed..

The chassis cut out and clearanced..





Ready to be slid up a couple of inches

Anyone remember which of last years Volksworlds had the 'how to raise a steering box' in it cos i can't seem to find the bloody thing

Send your postman round my house then mate, all I seem to get here are clothing catalogues, bills and applications for new credit cards
