all lights,wipers and fitted and working.trail fitted the bumpers but the mounts need abit of work.i also hit the front with the lowering stick just to keep you lot happy but now i need to get some smaller tyres.

today i fitted the exhaust,painted the floor pan repairs,rewired number plate light.fitted rear number plate,made up some front bumper brackets ready to fit,fitted the washer bottle and i tried the chrome steels on again but i now can't decide what wheel to fit to which car because i like them on both cars.

rear deffo needs to come down, i don't think you can run too wide a tyre on the back of a type 3 , i think porsche mahle baby burners, painted with hi-lighted spokes.

i'd love to put baby burners on there but i cant afford them at the moment.the rear tyres on my chrome wheels are 195 65 15s and i know of a couple of people running 205 70 15s and lowered 1 spline with no rubbing but i also have a spare pair of 185 60 15s i could put on if i have any problems.

Done abit more this week fitted front bumper and number plate.
rewired horn,fitted roof rack and fitted new carpets.hopefully get it in for MOT next saturday.

fitted all the chrome wheels this evening.ive only had two on before,to find ive had to raise it back up a notch as the towing eye was on the floor with me sat on it.


but it did look cool sat that low


MOT is booked for saturday.

that towing eye needs to meet mr angle grinder

it will but that will only give me about an inch more.
