loads of bits and bobs done today
ecu mounted, fuel lines cut to size and placed in correct places, switch in dash to over ride rad's to come on, wire's secured and hidden under van, needed to clean the floor so dopped the van dwn and rolled it forward. i think i may have some issues. For now im going to get the van running see what happens, and may take the scoop off move the rad further back and try direct the air against convection, using a diffuser to force it down through the rad.

Looking good, BUT, I don't think that air scoop for the rad would last the first day of you being on the road......it's too low. You need to relocate it higher up Buddy.

Sh1t dude i don't reckon it'll even make it to the road once the engine ect are all fitted and the suspension settles back down... Are you sure it can be spun round and mounted between the chassis rails??

It wont fit in between the chassis rails because its not the size of the rad thats the prob, its the fans behind it that sit it that low. Jammo, the other options would be use slim line fans, or try and mount two smaller radiators somewhere?! Gonna be tricky to get over the problem but things are never easy! Very Happy
