| Ouch ya foooker!!! Hope this doesn't put you off. Sounds like you still had some air trapped and it pressurised the rad system and blew the hose off, doubling up on all your jubilee clips will stop the hoses from coming off I had to drop my engine out last week after loosing a nut inside the bell housing (don't ask ) but should be back on the road this weekend If your getting 'bored' then yo can always try NOZ kits. The scooby lump is built so well they can withstand a shed load of abuse. | |

| ha, noz would be cool. as i use it as a daily i just get use to it too quickly. and now it seems slow/or not as quick as it was when i first did it.. those bendy rad pipes are rubish! im going to re-locat the rad then buy all silicone pipes. there is a guy who richard knows at rjes, who is developing a new ecu that will develop 210bhp from the 2.2 engine's. no its not put me off it takes more than just a burnt arm to put me off! i ant a softy! si v6 are for people with blonde hair! ill kill this engine then when i finish uni ill do for the 2.5 twin turbo and have some real fun! | |

| It looks like one of those experiments where they grow an ear on the back of a mouse, but in this case looks like they have grown a mouse on the back of your hand!! | |

| the fans were mounted to the rad, i played but couldnt get it any higher so after a bit of head scratching took the lot apart and thought out the box. and made a bit of room with a bit of cutting and beating and now there shoukd be enough room, with just the scoop im going to make to below the chass rails. | |

| Took my bus out for the first time in a couple of week tonight. Jim, have you noticed how people always want to overtake you as you join the motorway?? They always think an old VW is going really slowly so just keep putting their foot down. The AA man got a shock tonight, he gave up at 90 and was totally open mouthed when I pissed off at 110 Still a bit of thottle left to play with but it was the first shakedown run after replacing the clutch and refitting the engine and gearbox so I had to take it steady I love my bus | |
