| Sadly I don't think I will ever be able to get back into running again fella, but I am going to get back into mountain biking or roadbiking as I bought a carbon road bike last summer.
I have found a website that gives the surgeons the instructions on how to do the prcedure!! There is even a video on there but I have chosen not to watch that!!!! | |

| Felt all brave this morning, so following the GP nurses advice I decided to remove the dressing and have let my knee go 'au naturel' today. Not sure I can be brave enough to go to bed like it though, I wouldn't want to risk snagging a staple on the duvet!! | |
