Spent a couple of hours on it on Saturday took the doors off, finished two little repairs to the inner front, then lined up the new front panel, cut the A-pillars, then checked measured, measured measured and measured some more, then drilled the holes along the top lip and spotted it in place and kept measuring it all the time, then welded the front panel to the A-pillars, then folded both side lips round the A-pillar top to bottom and spot welded them, then refitted the doors, new windscreen and new rubber all back together Very Happy

Just need to drill the holes around the fresh air vent and bottom lip the spot it all in place..
