Starts fine, goes for about 2 mins then dies out n stalls (like fuel/ignition cut off), turn key back to off then restarts.

Did it a few times when i 1st bought it (would do it once then re-start & be fine for the rest of the day, no matter how far you went)

Last night going to the meeting, got about 3 miles from home, it died, stopped then restarted............got about 1/2 mile, did it again........another 1/2 mile, did it again...repeated 10 times before i got royally p*ssed off & crawled home with hazards on!!

always restarts but then goes virtually same distance before dies out, always starts 1st time on the key in the morning!!

Thats one thats got me maybe a dodgy fuel pump someone will no

wa-hey!!!..................dont you just love a cheap n simple fix!

(an im not talkin about glue sniffing by the way! )

Just went out to play with the motor, i had replaced the engine bay fuel filter last week & presumed that was the only one in the system.

Just found another one behind the tank in the outlet side......caked full o' crap!

Replaced it with a universal one from in the garage.
Just been for a testrun & it ran sooo much better, didnt cut out & saw an easy 60 up the bypass.

Touchwood sorted but gutted i missed the meet for something so simple

Cool at least it was a cheap easy fix dude and theres plenty more meets

Just put the rear lowering springs on (had to weld the spring seats as they were kippered)...............quite a lot of daylight gone from under the back now!!

The front springs went on today.......looks nice!!

Its not slammed persay but 3" lower, plus it rides & drives sooo much nicer

Im gonna let it bed-in & settle for a couple of days then take some pics for you.

Mind you......might just tease you a bit longer till the wheels are on

Saw it in the flesh, I;d say thats just right, oits sits lovely and level now. Get rid of the baloon tyres and stick some alloys on and you'ere away impster.

I am so chuffed with how this mod came out for not a huge outlay!!

im planning to put in pale laminate flooring, re-cover the seats in something a bit more modern & fit a kick-ass audio system for campin at shows!
