| My Secret Santa from work has given me an amazing opportunity for my first body off and slam project... Please may i introduce the lovely.... Oscar.    Firstly, i'm going to do a full body drop... SLAM it to the ground.  I've checked clearance in the front arches and i can get away without tubbing them. Then, a full repaint.... Colours to be decided, maybe a patina'd VW parts delivery van....   I'll retain the original 9v drivetrain. 2 speeds forwards AND back and leave everything else well alone. I've given myself a deadline of..... New years eve.... I'll post more pics as i go along... Pass me the dremel!  Seeing as we're all bound to get given something similar, lets see your efforts... Break your brand new toy along with me!  | |

| Dropped the front end fairly easily... the most time was spent "trimming" the body mounts down Arse end has dropped as much as it'll go... damn motor is a bit too tall. Updated pics. Prepping for paint now... Old school blue... Patina'd the front end by putting a screwdriver through the front panel & scuffed up the bumper accidently with the hacksaw   | |

and the windows look shit need, another coat on them and a finer brush to finish the edges. might knock a bit more out of the height as the wheels don't turn to good
