She went straight through Cheers guys..
Just 2 advisories 1, odd sized tyre.. 2, a slightly corroded rear brake pipe..

She's now slammed back to the floor, front splitter back on, side bars back on and sat here on the drive..

Chucked the rear interior in the back so i'll get it fitted it back in sometime before sunday..

The plan was gonna be to paint the wheels white, but think we've changed our minds see as we need to buy some new wheels..

Yep she was over the moon to have the van back and just couldn't help herself..

Knew it would be done in the last hours dude.. Good going, cant wait to see her. Will be great to do our little cruise out next weekend as we did last year, they should look a peach next to each other

Sweet looking van had to do a drive by last nite to check it out! i assumed that you'd sold it as was never there after i seen it advertised on the bay!

Hopefully get to see it in a better light tommorow on the prom!

Cheers dude..

Interior panels and around the windows are carpeted, rear floor back in a carpeted..
Seats cleaned most of inside cleaned just need to drill and fit the sliding door and rear door panels, refit the seats and belts and roof lining...
If i get time i might paint the bit's between the windows black in the morning..

And give her a quick wash..

The front wheels have been repaired and new rubber wrapped round them so shes back back on all fours again..

I've made a start on project power.

Fitted a new cone air filter yesterday.. (made a nice little power gain and nice sound)
And fitted my 150 bhp TDI racing injectors this morning (bugger me loads more power all through the rev range in every gear... But a boat load of black smoke)

She should be around 140 bhpish at the mo..

Got to build a twin exit de-cated exhaust, fit a big front mount intercooler, boost gauge and in car adjustable boost then get it re-mapped to around 155-160 bhp that will clear most of the black smoke

Yeah Mart for sure she gets to 115 in no time at all, but thats it cos the fuel gets cut off at that speed..

Now got a triple velle rear seat fitted so all the kids are in the back out of the way

One of the injectors hasn't sealed to the head properly so got to pull the front end off again to sort it..

Well i'm bored of fitting new tyres all the time so she's in TSR at the mo having the camber ect all set up... About frigging time..
Also just priced up a custom built full stainless twin exit exhaust for it as well while i was there...

That was £50 well spent thats for sure it drives loads better now..
Just hope the rubber lasts a bit longer...

Full stainless twin exit with twin 2.5" tail pipes from cat back built and fitted 300 sheets... Bargain.... They're just under £400 to buy from Bluebird..

They'll only do about 110-120ish then the fuel pump cuts the fueling down on them dude.. I've had just over 115 out of mine then had to brake hard for the corner.. (On private land only would i ever do it though)..

Got bored this morning...
0-60 just under 8 seconds.. 0-100 about 21 second. 0-100 in about 0.6 of a mile on a private road again..

Time to get her sorted i think.. Had a bit of a win on the horses..
New paint now sat in the workshop not cheap shit from ebay this time...

She's staying orange slightly different shade though but with met black roof, bonnet, wheels and side bars... Couple black stripes on the side and maybe a couple orange ones on the bars also maybe a orange rim on the wheels...

No mate not for a couple weeks, gonna book a thursday and friday to get her done.. Probably gonna whip the wheels and bars off and get them ready before i do the van itself might do the bonnet and roof before as well..
