Bad news first....
























I didn't have any Colbolt drill bits on the van cos we left them on site today so couldn't drill the stainless number plate bracket....



Good news...







He's all done apart from the above, so tomorrow you can come and collect him..

I can feel the excitment...........and its not even my car..........WHEN do we get to see it then?????

well the first club meet dylan will be going to is on friday to the wurrzeldubbers in taunton so unless ppl are coming to that i suppose it will be the mid month meet whenever that is

No he's all done... Exhaust, gearbox oil, front indicators, running boards and i fitted all the windows on my own this evening so you can tell your dad i said thanks for the offer but i don't need a hand tomorrow now..

Only just realised that the front plate has been fitted..

i have some new numbers plates sat on my worktop in the kitchen just got to get some screws for them today meant to get them yesterday but i got distracted washing dylan and pricing up more shiney bits

the only problem we have now is the rubber leaving nasty marks on the paint work

Thats repo rubbers for you just have to keep cleaning it

Why not try some Auto-glym plastic/rubber treatment, it might help stop that.
A couple of good coats of wax on the body may well help too.

I think it looks great Kate, well worth the wait.
Can't wait to see it. Have fun driving and being aircooled again buddy!!
