Dolly may not be looking at the sky outside though but then ive got till the weekend

Well tan and gav have just popped some nice powder coated bits round and a painted engine and managed to get £410 for dolly which was good price so now there are alot of goodies on there way

Had a delivery today lots of bling for minty

Right got started today putting it together

New seal and boots fitted

Just thought I would pop my two penneth in, isn't it better to mount CV boots 90 degrees round so that the bolted joints are at 3 or 9 o'clock??

(Or should I just wind my neck in???)

i havnt a clue dude duie was like this and i never done those mintys old one was like it so i just copied i think there safe as long as they dont loose fluid

the manual says put the split towards the front of the car but i always do them like carl has and have never had them leak so i dont see any problem

Scoops your right with them mounted how Carls done it split to the top they don't have the flex in them that they would have when mounted with the split towards the front..

But i always do it with the split on top Never had a problem

I remember the days of chrome tinware now wheres that chrome cleaner

Have you got a oil temp gauge fitted?? If not might be an idea to fit one if you are running chrome tinware.
