| not much happend with max at the mo mainly due to low funds, on the hunt for few bits turbo back straight through exhaust 007 recirc dump valve decent air filter with heat shield uprated 25 mm front and rear anti roll bars and a good remap and i should see between 200 - 250 bhp and plenty of smiles these arrived last week poly top mount which are 10 mm shorter than standard , | |

| popped some polybush top mounts in last saturday, drops the car another 10mm too ! noticeable difference when driving with these puppies in ! installed a new MAF as had engine check light on so check on the diagnostics and faulty MAF, i tried cleaning my old one but no joy, so nice bosch one installed and faults cleared. | |

| Yep, silicon forge hose ordered and hunting for decent price 007p recirc Brake wise I have 288 mm discs The the Audi tt skoda vrs bora 4motion Gti etc all share 320 mm brakes Done my research and the the cars above all have the same calipers and pads as my 1.8t beetle So the only difference is the discs and carriers, so I'm gonna hunt the scrap yards for the carriers and order some new cross drilled discs with ebc pads And easy conversion For the rear I might hunt golf anniversary rear discs as there bigger again or I'll get cross drilled rear discs with ebc pads | |
