I have seen some of the stuff that this chap that is doing the cleaning for Steve and it is AWESOME!!!!!
He showed me the cylinder heads from a V12 E Type Jag engine that he had done and OMG they were fantastic.
I would say getting something like this done is the difference between putting together a car that is 'pretty clean' and one that will stop people in their tracks.
It brings up stuff in my opinion probably better that the day it was manufactured. It's all about going that extra step....

slight play in steering now found and fixed ,both window winders are smooth and quiet ,clock is now finally working at keeping good time (very rare for a KG clock) ,oil changed (was minging and not much came out ) ,made a template for some carpet to go under the bonnet,ordered said carpet ,

need to adjust float levels in the carbs ,fit the new headlamp relay when it comes ,and glue in some carpet .......


they say that a project car is never finished ,but I feel this one finally will be ....I'm getting quite excited .....and i've owned it for ages ....lol

That Ghia looks lovely, we've spent final day prepping today, paint tomorrow, what size tyres have you gone for & what chance have we got of choosingyours as the car to represent Ghias at Big Sunday ?
