yep your right. saveing up me pennies spray first,then drop with creative adjusters. mike a mate has a bl@@dy big beast of a welder.and will hopefully do that bit of welding for me.as long as i help him with his filling,hes got a 72 crossover too.fair play

then as i finished that job.made some mud flaps

just need to prep and weld in place

Yeah i think making the tin is the only way at mo i rang megabug and they had 1 piece of tin left that i needed and it was £50 not posted i laughed said no thanks i will find it else where cheaper im sure

made these sections out of some old panal me mate gave me
and after 3 days rubbing of the hamerite got down to the original stuff

dont know if i could pass it as the new RAT look
now looks something like this

celli primmer shes had around 4-5 coats so far..want to put more on to be sure.....
also shes not going to be yellow and white now.but going for gun metal grey all over.
