Luckily enough for me the Babylon Splittie has never seen a welder ... ask Dave or Rich what the underside of my van looks like!

I've been working my butt off from Saturday through to last nite till 10.30pm every nite as i've had Monday & Tuesday off to do it.

Got the box in after loads of probs with it (i'm gonna start a resto thread tomorrow lunchtime to document the woes!) & most of the rear brakes fitted up. Tonite I'm going to finish the brakes & hopefully bleed them if Dave's free. And also work out the re-wire for the alternator as well.
That will only leave the engine to back in then, but gotta wait for a new imput shaft oil seal (should be here tomorrow if Heritage get it out for me)for the box, cos I think mine need replacing & might as well go that before I feck up a good clutch by covering it in oil!

So I need everyone to keep everything crossed for me to be ready for Sunday!
