wilwood stuff has 1/8 not threads so i got adapters on route to change to the more common 3/8 unf fittings, when that arrives we see what happens, then will pressure test at 15-20 psi for 30 mins the whole systems check for leaks

Bias valve relocated , system bled at 20 psi , breaks all sorted now , just handbrake to go, service engine lightd bumprrs check cars nuts bolts all tight glass in wire seats and windows in , mot then back to bodyshop for a polish and headliner , then back to me for interior, then to tuning guy for check over :p

reset the coil overs took springs off etc , quick clean Very Happy

wired in elect windows,

fitted front window

placed centre console in need to secure this yet somehow

yep, steph soldered the loom up for the seats and electric windows, I took coil overs apart and reset the gas thing on em, thanks to rich for sunday for helping on setting the rear suspension out, got the windows fitted too on sunday, wired up and working last night.

Whats left :

Mirrors Buy and Fit
Full Check over,
Rear Lights
Runnerboards
wiring under rear seat and bonnet area
new oil clamps for hoses coming of engine
Bonnet seal
rear brake pads
front brake calliper anti rattle shims
connect handbrake
numberplates
reverse light
set camber on front

thats what can think of top of head

I'll pop by with the DSLR to get some nice pics.

Was a late one - sorting out his rear brakes - ceased o/s and new pads, also a broken shim on the front o/s.

Wizpop had an interesting approach to bleeding the system - 1st time involving pumping the clutch pedal!! lol! second time with only 1 set of rear pads in and the front caliper off... silent no pics of that unfortunately, but got covered in brake fluid instead!


Also, Had some wiring to tidy and exhaust header to fit.

hmmmm, his MOT is now moved to next week... as garage was closed?!

Saw him drive by on the way and then back 8mins later!


Looking very tidy though. Will look the nuts once all completed inside and out Twisted Evil
