Work will hopefully start in a couple weeks, carl has kindly offered to point us in the right direction as Sam has never worked on beetles before!

We got caught out. I bought her at bristol volksfest last year. Told there was a small hole in the battery tray when we brought her back and sam stripped her down we realised there was alto more work!!

Been too busy to do anything lately with big changes happening eg moving house but now we have settled we are ready to start on the cars!

Which is one reason we are having a shed clear out which you may see on other forums cus we are gonna pull the shed down.

If you know anyone who needs mk2 jetta or golf parts let us know what they need we may have it!

Ive been looking and looking at the pics and its def going to have to be braced the shell that is as it needs new channels, going to have to see in the flesh is it in its new home or are they pics the old house

Good luck with the resto, I reckon you need to drop a nice Type 4 based lump in there, Porka fan and rims and a healthy dose of carbon!!!

no i (sam) did that so i woudnt forget that it was there but the owners be4 could have told bout most of it but ahwell gives us summit to do

We actually looked at that post the other day!

We were very tempted - saw the word heater channels gone though!

But Sam likes the paint work!
