Well i just couldn't not do anything to it..

So i finished the rear roof lining off, then fitted the new rear heated window with new rubber and chrome trim..
Jacked the front end up and bolted the drop spindles on properly.
Bought some stainless bolts and washers and bolted the front wings on with the new black wing beading.

Then thought i'd tackle the mess of a wiring loom that he had done by a electrican and it had all been tested and everything worked..
Yeah right NOTHING worked at all, so i started going through it all and couldn't work out what hardly any of the wires were doing.. Got hold of Gaz cos the bug he's cut up still had the under bonnet wiring and switches ect and i removed the switches and loom.. Cut the under bonnet loom out of mine and fitted the other one in..
Happy days everything but main beam works now..

Glad it was of use... Im sure the main beam was pull the stalk towards and again to switch off...

Spot on Gaz your a life saver as always... I have swapped the coloum switches yet so tomorrow i'll do that and see if i get main beam..

Steve i've got pics i can see them cos they're stuck on the camera and i can't find the lead...

Everything electrical now works, bonnet closes and opens, bonnet seal fitted..

Bleed all brakes.
Set tracking.
Prep and paint the tinware.
Refit tin.
Fit engine.
Fit chrome trim.
Fit running boards.
Measure up and fit new rear shocks.
Fit bumpers.
Fit new lights and indicators.

Thats about it now..

Oh and i have to raise the front seats up and move them forward abit as well..

The headliner needs a good clean up bit tis all in and pretty good tbh..

Right we've decided that we really don't want to get 2 cars on the road this month and pay for tax for them both (need this moted to get DVLA to change it to tax exempt) so she's coming back out of hiding and being done for CTTP MOTed pay for the tax so she's on the road then send the paper work off to DVLA and get her changed to TAX exempt..

First things first prep and paint the tinware gloss black, should be preped this morning..

I just can't leave it alone for too long..

Hoping to get it all together on the weekend apart from the insides if the parts are in stock, then moted in the next couple of weeks and taxed the end of the month..

Then i'll be back on to the golf..

Picked up half the bits, i'm collecting the rest tomorrow on the way home from work ready to give her a spanking on the weekend..
