Well today i fitted the brase bar adapter and the front piece of tin, the brase bar is now stopping any sort of exhaust going on there as its touching the heat exchangers, the exhaust that was on there is no good as its a beetle one and dosnt fit as the brase bar is in the way, so now the only way around it is get the brase bar modded and fit a 4 into 1 header system and im skint so no meets as no bus

I had a 4-1 and Big Boy box on my Bay..........sounded sweet as...

It tucked in nicely underneath, and sounded lovely.

na i got a desktop to but prefer the laptop but lappys make more than desktops

Brase bar now modded and my master cylinder and pipes turned up today i only ordered them yesterday

cheers guys ive hit a snag again they stopped making the resevroir bottle that gos on the master cylinder they still make the earlie bay one but not the one for 71 to 79 they are obsolete gutted

Have you tried the breakers or the places in the states such as BFY??

Ive put a thread on vzi and mega bug have 1 and they want £30, the one i dont need is only £18 new the one from mega bug is secound hand

Dude, the one for the early Bay is only £18 because they are readily available.
Your type is £30 second hand due to them being much harder to get hold of.
Supply and demand dude.

I reckon that is your best bet. I had a quick look on the BFY Obsolete Parts website (a US site) and they only had early Bay stuff.

Cheers mate mega bug it is i hope this is the last thing i need, the motor is sorted all tinware fitted and runs and sounds great just the breakes left to sort
