| Bank hol saturday afternoon fun.. New pressed plates, ABT surrounds on. Pipercross flat filter in. Forge 007p fitted Intercooler cleaned out. (Wizbiz's obsessive need to clean) And what started it was a coolant leak .. Found source over drivers side drive shaft. Water tube had rusted out from the inside. Hoses all ok. So DIY fix with JBweld until I can get a new one... Then coolant flush and new coolant in. All finished off with... Curry and thatchers | |

| Cheers bud. It's getting there gradually. Think that'll be it for a while as the Bay needs some love. Thatchers and curry. Always a good combo. | |

| Yeah checked everything. Thats why im wondering if the standard plastic DV is leaking. Although when the car was on rolling road we found the wastegate to be bleeding off too early. So that isnt going to help | |

| Ah mate you should've said. The newer 2.0T coils from more modern VW/Audi's are a much more improved coil than the 1.8T. They are the red type if i remember. They are a bolt in type i think, and require adapters to fit. But the adapters are so simple top make, or you can buy them

| Mpg is better with new plugs and coils installed, based on normal driving; even on the remap!!
Ordered and just need to fit new surround for the replacement radio.

had to push it off the A4 in rush hour ..
popped into local garage and borrowed a few tools.
re-welded and better than new.
