series 2a landrover

i have been doing a bit to my brothers landrover, when i get time and feel up to doing it.
he got it as a rolling chassis and loads of boxes with the rest of it in. i have been going through the bits and putting it back together.
its mostly back together now there is a few bits missing and few spare bits from a long wheel base, that the previous owner had for spares.
the bulkhead/firewall is, i think, from the lwb which was poss a series 3 as has different hinges and would explain why it has lost the starter button.

its a petrol engined one.

2 1/4 or v8?

Its not v8 and i dont think its old enough to be a 1997CC so is most probs a 2 1/4.
No freewheeling hubs and no fairey overdrive.
