Chaps -

I appear to have fitted a later series gearbox than the car initially had, any ideas how to wire from the older 2 pin reverse light switch to the later four pin plug?

I THINK I can patch across if I can find a plug to fit, if not am I best to rewire?

I'm not sure, I thought I would ask first.

Also, since I've got it started and running...

What should hold the choke butterfly horizontal at idle on a pierburg 2e carb? I cant drive around with my fingers in the engine?

Is there any damping material between the rad and body?

Where is best to look for clutch/throttle cable fixings?

Cheers- Matt.
