Spoke to the fella's brother again tonight. It's a w reg and the fella is the second owner and bought it when it was only a few years old in 1984. He used it until 1990 when he drove it into his graveyard (apparently he keeps all his old cars) and left it there. No idea of the condition of this car but found out it's in Brum. Have got the owners phone number now so will give him a call tomorrow.

Spoke to the fellas mum, couldn't speak to him as I don't speak chinese, well I do but only the numbers lol! She seems more than happy to get rid of the scirroco and an audi quatrro that are languishing in the garden at the back of the house, she is going to get her daughter to email me some pics so should have more news soon, she'd also be happy for someone to go and look, offers welcomed.
