and would that really put buyers off, not being tax exempt as you could buy one that is exempt thus saving 125 quid a year, but needs a grands worth of work for the next ticket.

my 1303 (dylan) was a 74 and on the mot man's computer it came up as a 71 but i never got round to getting a birth certificate for it.

An L can be exempt as the 73 plate ran from Aug 72, geddit?
