Total nutter!

I couldn;t help myself today, so popped round to 'have a quick goosey' whilst out shopping for a shed, and it looks utterly mind blowing. The windows really suit it, think this has gotta be a keeper now bro, it just looks so right now.

Cheers guys... I'm loving the old girl BIG time now..

Well lets sort a quick list of things to do before CTTP.. 1 week

Finish fitting the panels.
Prep, prime and PAINT the new window panels.
Fit the pop outs.
Make a full set of interior panels.
Cut a full carpet.
Fit the r+r bed.
Fit all 6 seat belts.
Remove the Chav front seats.
Fit my new front seats.
Paint and fit bumpers
Mod exhaust so i can fit the rear bumper.
Plumb up the oil cooler and filter.
Connect electric fan.


I know there is some more but can't think of them at the mo

Heres the long side ground and sanded back.



And the popouts are in i had to weld in a new hinge on the rear apperture also got the long side filled.







And the other side popouts also had to weld in a new hinge to the rear and move the other one to the other side of the apperture..

I'm abit gutted cos we had to go shopping to aload of bit's for the house 30+L of paint ect and we had family staying here as well so had to spend the rest of the day with them... If they weren't here then it would of been painted yesterday so i'm a day behind now i'm gonna have to pull my finger to get her ready for CTTP

I had a dream about those pop outs last night.

Rich either you've disappeared or you're busy on the van. Either way I'm getting withdrawal symptoms need an update mate.

Ok here you go.. A little update

I've cut the inner panel out so i could get to the upright/supports and reweld them to the body then i rewelded the inner panel back together.

The window panels have been primed, flatted, primed and then painted..

The popouts have been out so many times i just click my finges and they popout there selfs..

I've welded up the 2 bolt holes in the cargo floor where the old oil cooler was bolted down.

Just placed a order for 8 popout catches so fingers crossed they turn up by the weekend cos i don't have any on them.

The rear seat has been taken to be trimmed and SHOULD be here friday afternoon.

And my search light from the States has turned up.

Cant wait to see it dude but im going to wait till sunday if i can keep my self away that long
