daisy my 68 bug

well got it down the unit tother day and have started getting it down to bare metal got to get a fare few panels after digging the filler of but never mind so here she is

with bits of it sanded down















thats it till my next day of when ive done my fencing and gates

I think 99.9% is filler!!

THink his plan is to just take his time and buy whole repair pannels.

In the mean time iv nebbed the door cards, carpet set, shifter, indicator stalk and wing mirrors !!!

it aint that bad ive seen alot worse + most of the filler was badly beaten panels.
but i would like to replaces panels on this one as i dont want to plate it up like my old one so gona be looking for either nos or some decent repro's

Are you going to whip the body off the pan now you have got it that far or does it not need to go that far??

its defo gona be body of full resto the pans aint that bad but i want to do the pans again just for reasurance for a few years but am looking for pre 67 clips and wings and bonnet ive got an idea of what i want her to like and i think im gona do it this time

PMSL this one im doing as a hobbie aswell as everything else so it will just get done as and when
