The next end of month meet will be on Friday 30th May. If the weather is good I am hoping for a bumper number of Sphincters to come along.....

shhh matt.. its either this or i chew my arm off in boredom since i will have a couple weeks of doing nothing before work can give me more shifts, more shifts = more money, more money = car... me not chewing my arm off = being able to work and drive

its not mine its dad, and i dont care about it no more, if he wants to let it sit and depreciate in the garage and rot and stuff then thats up to him,
but i can learn to drive any time, atm i have a job i dont have to pay to get to, no real obligations to pay anyone off (i.e.) insurance, and i can save up enough money to help me out at uni. the fact is i will be buying this stuff when im up there if i dont buy it now, which would mean a month without food or whatever.

but allthough i want to drive and it would be nice to get out once in a while to just let off some steam or whatever, i dont really need to, especially when it comes to peak wedding season, i should be getting a 50p pay rise soon anyways.

Fair enough Craig.... It's your call buddy, we're just trying to help you see the bigger picture, as no doubt you'll come back from Uni with wopping debts & then you'll be looking for work with zero do$h, no car & no licience bro

Seriously though Craig I'm with Matt and Rick on this one I thought you wanted to be driving ASAP and to get yourself a Bug. There are loads of Gadgets and things I would love to get but I'm saving for Driving lessons with Lucy in August and to be able to buy myself a Bug around the end of the season so I can be all sorted for CTTP 09.

I know you are only trying to give advice, but repeating yourselves isnt going to change anything.

what i mean is, i see no point in driving before uni, since i will be working most of the time over the summer, and a) nowhere to park b) cost too much to run for the little that i would use it. so im gonna learn to drive at uni
