one of the passenger side....(which was quite funny as the panel above buckled with the weight of the new metal as it was so rusty...Ha Ha)



the bit that buckled cut out









hopefully a bit more after next wekend......had to work on saturday..(still getting over the shock)....hopefully all finished ...grinded smooth filled and primed........but don't hold me to it ...as I am slower than a dead sloth lol!

piccies of 'bolt on' rear valance

first cut away excess metal......so when fitting or taking off...you won't scratch the paint........then made a cut out in the bumper hanger panel............then welded to the rear valance (inline with the cut out ) some threaded bar...(actually i used two bolts with the heads cut off)...
,,then held the top part of the valance in place dilled through and used a nut and bolt...( could have used a captive nut ...but this limits you as anut a bolt can be adjusted if you make the hole a little larger that is really needed)

DO NOT laugh at my filler work as it is crap....and i hate filler!!! lol!
