Steve doesn't come to Wednesday night meets..........

so thats why no ones on here tonight

another good meet........notsa many folk there but the sounds of java rippin up the road with Harv ridin shotgun made up for that!

It was a funny meet, the little 13 yer old kids askign me and Spence to fore our cars up made me chuckle........Spence taking Harv' for a rip and me blipping the throttle to 6k and shaking Maccy Dees apart!!

them kids came along & asked me to fire the fasty up (much to mr teems amusement)......I said no cos if i revved mine like that there would have been a loud bang followed by the sounds of engine parts pebbledashing Mc'ds window!

turned out the connection to the choke warmers had come off so i had 1 carb with choke on......went like a b*stard when you gunned it but obviously didnt wanna play ball in traffic!

It was a good meet. Those young lads did enjoy themselves. One of them said to me that he's going to buy an aircooled rocked when he's old enough to drive. He'd better get saving now! The way prices are rising.

See you all next month.

Note - I'm still trying to get my wife the sack from her job. So, that I can attend the Friday night meets at the pub.

Can I help...What job does she do....getting somone the sack sounds loads of fun!!...............been trying myself for ages but the boss just doesn't take any hints!!!!!
