Yeah the standard wheel bolts will be too short for alloys I'd have thought.

Looks like they're cracking on well though! Very Happy

Keep us updated! Very Happy

No Impy, it's the 1600 Mexico engine that I've just finished running in Rolling Eyes
The 1776 is the one that this engine is making way for in the bus Twisted Evil

Thanks again Dave Wink

He popped round with his welder as we weren't getting enough throttle No .... so we got him to weld about an inch of a bolt into the connecting rod behind the accelerator pedal Smile

Thank you Tan it was great to see her there too as I honestly thought we wouldn't have a car on show this year let alone the Vamp.

I really enjoyed driving her yesterday she felt so much better to handle then she did when I first got her.... Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Well tonite she is having the lowered beam put in...... affraid

Hope its not too low as I want to be able to drive her properly and not keep bottoming her out on pot holes and speed ramps.....

Her BRM's will be done this week as the correct wheel bolts are being ordered...... Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Also going to clean and polish her properly.....

So she will look different again when you see her next so keep watching this thread as I will be updating it as things get done.....

Then I will be driving her to Big Bang @ Santa Pod....... affraid affraid affraid

Let hope nothing falls off like last time on a big run .... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Thank you to everyone for your lovely comments I was well proud of Rick,Rich and Dave for all their hard work without them she would still be sat on the drive looking very sad and unloved.

lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!
